This webinar will explore the contribution school governance can make to ensuring children and young people are engaged in the post-COP26 debate and empowered to engage in actions designed to reduce the causes of climate change and their impact on the planet.

We will reflect on what the national curriculum currently requires pupils to learn, explore available resources and look at the actions schools are already taking. We will offer best-practice solutions to how governance can have a strategic overview of provision and its impact.

The webinar will be hosted by Better Governor’s governance experts, Steve Barker and Linda Waghorn. It will be a mix of input from them alongside real-time opinion polls and the opportunity to ask your own questions.
