We make sure that you are placed into the right trust for you, so your voice is heard
As a charity, we take great care in the work we do to help you assimilate well into your new role as a Trustee.
We take great pride in ensuring our process is simple, and that all parties are satisfied and happy with the service we offer. As a result of this, we love to hear feedback and encourage trustees to let us know how they are getting on.

David Clark
David was appointed to The Samara Trust via the Trustee Recruitment Service in early 2023. He had the following to say about his experience:
The Trustee Recruitment Service approached my expression of interest with a high standard of serious intent. I was interviewed to determine more precisely the type of role that would be most suitable. It was clear in discussion that I would be able to add most value as a Trustee in a Multi-Academy Trust. This has turned out to be correct and I am really enjoying the role. I was originally engaged as a candidate to be the Chair of the Board of Trustees but, in agreement with the outgoing Chair, we are working on an induction/handover period of a full year. I am wholly supportive of this process and anticipate taking over as Chair in due course.
