Supporting governing boards through free training, resources and recruitment

Governors for Schools is a national charity committed to helping ensure excellent education for children in schools through effective governance. We work with schools, local authorities, multi academy trusts and clerking services to provide a free governor/trustee recruitment service to state-funded schools.

We also provide governors with ongoing support and every governor placed through our service will receive one year’s free access to The Key for School Governors. This is alongside a wealth of other free resources and training that is available to all governing and trustee boards.

In this webinar we will outline the free services we are able to support boards with, how you can access them and how we can support you with recruitment to the board should the need arise. This webinar is ideal for anyone involved in school governance at any level, particularly governors, Heads, clerks and governance leads/support services.
